Voluntary data submission

Providing data in forms is voluntary, but may be necessary to perform analysis, create an account, handle payments or contact.

Consent to analyze material

By submitting an e-mail, SMS, link or shop address for analysis, the user confirms that they understand the nature of the service and agree to technical processing of the material for cyber scam risk assessment.

• Do not submit third-party data unless needed for the analysis.
• If the message contains sensitive data, consider removing or anonymizing it before submission.
• Consent can be withdrawn, but this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Suggested consent notice for forms

Suggested wording: “By submitting material for analysis, I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of submitted data to perform risk analysis and handle the request.”

Children and third-party data

The service is not directed to children. Materials containing third-party data should be submitted only where justified by security, incident handling or fraud protection.

GDPR requests

Data requests can be sent to office.pl{'@'}ngitech.org. The controller may require identity confirmation from the requesting person.
